This is the scrapper version of pin #64350: Main Street Firehouse - Mickey & Friends Mini Pin Boxed Set (Pluto Only). The most notable difference is the color which is greenish on the scrapper version. The back has the same markings but the scrapper's "©Disney China" is much bigger.

 

Pluto is standing with his tongue out - he is wearing a red fireman hat, with a black number "1" on it.
