The 11-pin set (PP #83961), which can be purchased as either a stylish black shadowbox frame or individual loose pins, are a reproduction of the 1974 Christmas card from Walt Disney Productions. This is the first in a new series of pins to celebrate the Company's memorable, classic holiday greeting cards. The card featured Mickey and 34 of his fellow Disney characters on a joyful sleigh ride!
Note: this holiday card artwork was also used as the basis of the DS.com 9-pin mystery holiday set in 2010 - PP #80849 - however, these pins are much larger (several are jumbo sized) and these do not contain sparkle/glitter elements like the DS.com set.
I was told by the D23 rep that these pins are LE500, however there is no edition size marked on the back of the pins.
This listing is for the pin of Goofy only. The pin measures 1 1/2" x 2 3/4". It is similar to the DS.com Pin 80852 but is much larger.
