The framed set was released during the Pirates of Castaway Cay Event held on the Disney Wonder® Ship from November 11 - 15, 2007. Artwork for this framed set was created by Disney Design Group Artists Monty Maldovan and Tyler Dumas.

 

This is the largest pin in the frame, measuring 2 and 3/16" tall by 1 and 3/8" wide. Gold metal, 2 pin posts.
