I think that this may be a newer release pin of Pin 6311: JDS Walt Disney 100th Year - Princesses #5 (Jasmine).

 

Unlike Pin 6311, this pin features a gold scroll pattern between the borders. The borders are aqua blue and green, unlike in Pin 6311 where the background is not green behind the scrolling, instead it is blue.

Measures approx. 4cm wide x 3.3cm height (at the highest point).
