This is the Cat from Graveyard as "n" pin from Pin 70098: DLR - Haunted Mansion O'Pin House: Framed Pin Set.
The pin is silver metal, Mickey heads pattern on back, 2 pin posts. On the back of the pin is the 2009 ODPT logo. In a box beneath that reads "EST. 1969." Also present on the back of the pin is the Haunted Mansion O-PIN HOUSE logo, (c) DISNEY, CHINA.
Pin measures 1 and 3/8" tall (tail) by 1 and 3/16" wide.
Monty Maldovan of the Disney Design Group created the original artwork for this framed set.
On the tombstone, behind the cat, is the phrase "memento mori." According to Wikipedia, "memento mori" is a Latin phrase translated as "Remember your mortality," "Remember you must die" or "Remember (that) you will die."
