This is the "completer" pin from Pin 70098: DLR - Haunted Mansion O'Pin House: Framed Pin Set.
This pin is located within a cutout in the matting at the bottom of the frame. It depicts the Haunted Mansion with the moon above and behind it. The pin is actually contained within the framing itself - it is not accessible, as are the other pins affixed to the background artwork, by simply removing backing from the frame and removing the artwork (cardboard) contained within.
The pin is presumed to be like the others contained within the frame - silver metal, Mickey heads pattern on back, 2 pin posts. On the back..... the 2009 ODPT logo, an oval within a box that reads "EST. 1969," the Haunted Mansion O-PIN HOUSE logo and (c) DISNEY, CHINA.
