This gold finished pin comes from FamilyMart, which is like a convenience store similar to Seven Eleven. To get this pin, you have to purchase raffle tickets. After doing so 5 times, you get this pin as a gift. This pin comes on a special backer card showing a sketch of a map with the words Treasure Map on the upper right hand corner. On the card, are the words STITCH inspired by PIRATES of the CARIBBEAN. Stitch's head is a pirate skull, but with his ears on it.
