This is a Disney Collectors Pin by Jerry Leigh.
It shows Eeyore sitting on grass and looking over his shoulder. Eeyore is sitting sideways in this pin which is unusual. There is a yellow flower with a single leaf in front of him and a single palm style leaf behind him.
Back of the pin is marked Disney China with the Winnie The Pooh copyright statement.
