Japan DS pin set. Features a 5 pin set from CARS 2 that form "Lightning McQueen's" car number (95). Pins are: Mater, Lightning McQueen, Fillmore, Luigi,and,Guido. The logo for the "World Grand Prix" appears to be a pin but we are told it is not.
Backer card has wording "Disney Pixar CARS 2", "TEAM Lightning McQueen", and if accurate "Earth icon with letters WGP".
This 5 pins set was released June/2011 at Japan DS (JDS).
The movie "Cars 2" will be open to the public in Japan on July/30/2011.
[2012 comment: Japan Disney Store Limited Edition pin box set featuring 5 pins from Disney Pixar's Cars 2. The pins are framed against a black and white chequered background. The pins are mounted in the shape of '95'. In the top right hand corner it reads "Disney Pixar Cars 2" and underneath the '9' it says "Team Lightning McQueen" and underneath the '5' it reads "Disney Store". There are 3 pins that make up the '9'. The first pin is a semi-circle of Mater in front of a sage green background. The next pin is in the shape of a quarter and shows Lightning McQueen in front of a red background. The last pin that makes up the '9' is a semi circle of Fillmore, the hippy, in front of a green background. The '5' is made up of 2 pins featuring the two commentators from WGP. The first pin is a semi circle that shows a blue van (don't know name) wearing headphones. "WGP" is written underneath him on the card. The second pin is a semi circle that shows a yellow van/car (sorry don't know name) wearing headphones. *Limited Edition number to be comfirmed*]
