From a remarkable collection of Willabee & Ward pins featuring Winnie the Pooh and his friends from the 100 Acre Wood, this is a darling Kanga and Roo pin.
The pin features Roo the child kangaroo showing his love for his mother by giving her a red heart-shaped balloon. Roo, left facing right, has a dark blue shirt on; he holds the balloon in his left hand. Kanga, right facing left, has her arms out from her side and looks happy and surprised. The backgrounde is light blue and is shaped like a cloud.
