The outter ring of the pin looks like a life preserver with the words "S.S. Member Cruise", with a pin on pin hidden mickey that says "Charter year 2011" and Disney Dream pin on pin in the lower left side of the pin.

 

Captain Mickey is on the left side of the pin with the Dream on the right, sailing in the sea with the stars above the ship.
