It is believed that this pin was released in 1991 to commemorate the "final year" of the Main Street Electrical Parade at Walt Disney World. Originally, the parade ran 1984-1991, and at the time was not expected to return to WDW.
Pinocchio's Blue Fairy is the main subject on this button. She is in light blue silhouette with purple trim, facing right, with wand in her left hand, held upright. Near the base of the "float" is a band of pink and light blue musical notes, stars and dots (on either side of the float). In white on a pink background is "The Main Street Electrical Parade 1991." The button background is a dark blue with slight purple tint.
The pin measures 3" (77 mm) diameter. There are no markings on the back of the pin.
