This is #100 of the 100 Years of Dreams pin series from the DS for Alaska.
Each state and Canadian province that had a DS at the time had one. They all feature Mickey Mouse standing behind a star with the individual state's flag in itand the name of the state in a gold banner at the bottom.
There may have been as few as 72 of these pins released on December 15, 2001. Only one DS existed in Alaska. It has since closed as of 12/02 or 1/03.
