This pin is sold exclusively to Disney Vacation Club members at Disney's Aulani Resort in Ko Olina, Hawaii. The arch and turtle("honu" in Hawaiian) are raised, 3D elements, and the textured design behind them is visible through a clear-coat with a brownish tint.

 

There is an identical pin as this one but the back ground color is darker.
