This is a WDW Cast Member pin from MGM Studios - given during yearly scavenger mystery hunt. The pin is available for sale in Company D after the event.

 

I believe this is the 1998 event pin. And, it does not have any Disney copyright on the back because the copyright Disney is on the front in teeny-tiny writing in the bottom right corner. The back reads: Made in the USA. This pin is epoxy.
