The pin features Ferdinand reclining on the floor of a bullring, his elbow bent, with his hand supporting his head. He is smelling a bunch of flowers that are held to his nose by his tail. The Matador appears to be quite frustrated.

Two additional items of note: The first is that this pin comes on a standard WDFM card that has a copyright 2009 date on the back of the card. The second is that the post covers for the 2 pins are the Mickey icon type, not the WDFM typical round black rubber covers like that of some of the older Disney pins.
