This is #100 of the 100 Years of Dreams pin series from the DS for Utah.
Each state and Canadian province that had a DS at the time had one. They all feature Mickey Mouse standing behind a star with the individual state's flag in it and the name of the state in a gold banner at the bottom.
Each DS received a limited number 72 of these pins. While the pins were not stamped Limited Edition, they were in fact limited. States with fewer stores were extremely difficult to get.
