This is the Artist Proof Version of Pin #84252

This limited edition journal pin features a Disney character a helping with the construction of Walt Disney World Resort, Opening Oct. 1971. The pin is hinged and opens to reveal a different scene of a classic attraction or icon.

 

This pin shows Mickey Mouse and Dumbo putting the finishing touch on Cinderella's Castle: a red flag. The hard hat icon on the red folder's front is included as a pin-on-pin element. The tab on the file reads "Happy Place".

 

The pin measures approximately 1.75" by 3.75" wide (opened). Quynh Kimball and Mike Sullivan created the original artwork for these pins.
