This is your normal type of bolo style lanyard that Cast Members wear. This one features Rapunzel from Disney's Tangled.
She's standing with all her hair around her and is holding some of it in both of her hands.
Actual size of the Rapunzel medallion (in inches): 2.5 H x 2.375 W
Gold-finished, very small checkerboard pattern everywhere on the back except in the following three boxes:
box #1: the rectangular recessed box behind Rapunzel's chest where the attachments to the bolo lanyard are.
box #2: the smaller rectangular recessed box on the right side, about 1.125 inches up from the bottom, that has inside 'CAST EXCLUSIVE' in raised capital letters.
box #3: the smaller rectangular recessed box centered below box #2 that contains the following two lines of raised text in mixed case:
