The Disney Retiree's Club AKA The Golden Ears was founded in 1975 by Gloria Haines who passed away this year. Membership requires that you have reached age 55 with at least 10 years of service and a $10 annual member ship fee. The Golden Ears Club, while it was started at the Florida theme park, has also extended to former members of Disneyland as well.
