This pin is called "Flirty", and is from the "Winks from Tink" pin collection by the Bradford Exchange.
It features Tinker Bell, the fairy from "Peter Pan", lying on her stomach with her knees bent upward and her ankles crossed, inside a large gold and silver heart. There is a smaller, pink heart floating above her head.
This pin is smaller than the others in the set. It is just about 1" long and 1 1/2" wide.
It has a shiny finish and the back reads:
