This is a series of constellation pins released in Hong Kong Disneyland that each feature one of the 12 zodiac signs.
This one has Minnie dressed as in a pink gown with a lavendar bow (same color as the star) - Virgo - (see the Virgo sign/symbol on her outfit).
The star and Minnie are glittery.
