This is a series of constellation pins released in Hong Kong Disneyland that each feature one of the 12 zodiac signs.
This one has Minnie dressed as in a lavender/purple with a matching bow(pink glitter color is the star) - Scorpio - (see the Scorpio sign/symbol on her outfit).
The star and Minnie are glittery.
