This small pin is part of a series of pins (#47723) featuring various Mickey and Minnie clothing parts sold as part of a Mickey Unlimited display at various retail establishments.
It has a Mouseketeer-style Mickey Mouse ears hat with Minnie Mouse's red bow (without polka dots).
