The ghostly King is from the Royal Tea & Totter graveyard scene in the Haunted Mansion. The crowned King is sitting on half of a teeter-totter seesaw plank and holding a royal scepter/staff. The pin's paint is entirely translucent blue fill. Pin is 2" tall by 1-7/8" wide.
Pin is of silver metal with 2 pin posts.
