Pin given to Guests who book their WDW vacations through American Express . Pin shows Mickey's hand throwing Stars on top, the AMEX logo in the center and "White Glove Treatment", below that is "Official Card of Walt Disney World". AmEx is no longer the official card for Disney packages. The White Glove Treatment program ended. The Disney World/American Express relationship ended Dec 31, 2002. That could be considered the retirement date of the pin. Pin also came with a lanyard with the same design.
