The pins represent the New Disney Theme Park called "Disney's California Adventure" (or DCA for short!).
Each of the seven pins represents one of the "lands" within the new park. There's a pin for the Paradise Pier, Golden Gate, Hollywood Pictures, Condor Flats, California Adventure and Grizzley Peak.

This collection contains an additional two (2) pins that were also released to cast-members only. They are the OPENING TEAM (#3261), with the Mickey Mouse Logo and the DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE OPENING TEAM (#3260).
Each pin has an antique finish in a pewter look. The pins are set in a black velvet mat inside a collector's rectangular tin box that has DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE pressed on the lid.

NOTE: This set is very similar to another 7-pin set, #17251, that also has the same five "lands" pins.
