Front Description
This is a round chrome silver pin that has the words "Shining Star" in black letters at the top engraved on a curve. It is approximately 3/4" in diameter with a five point star cutout in the middle.
The back of the pin says ©2002 Baudville, but it is authorized by Disney to be used as an awards incentive. It can also be purchased online from the manufacturer.
The Disney Planning Centers and Groups/Sports department began giving out these pins as awards beginning in January of 2012 for outstanding service.
This pin is called the "Shining Star" and is the sister award pin to #91934 "Making the Difference" pin that is won by Cast Members for top monthly sales, as well as, other achievements.
