Each year Disneyland Cast Member's are offered the opportunity to donate blood. Those who choose to donate are given this pin to commemorate the occasion and thank them for their gift. This is an ongoing series for several years now and this years pin features Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse from the Aristocats.
Toulouse and Berlioz have dark red noses.
