This is the ARTIST PROOF version of pin #49269.
Donald Duck pops out of an inkwell; his hands are on the rim of the inkwell. When Donald is pushed all the way down, only the top of his head (from the bill up) and his hands are visible.
Donald is in his trademark blue sailor suit with red tie, and blue hat. He is shown from the shoulders up. The inkwell is a dark blue glitter color with a "Donald Duck Blue" band on the rim. There is a light yellow band across the inkwell which reads Walt Disney World (Red Lettering). Donald is not happy about being in the inkwell and is scowling.
