This festive pin features Mickey and Minnie partying for the upcoming new year, noisemakers in hand. Both Mickey and Minnie are moveable. This pin is similar in design pin 8994, the WDW New Years Day pin.
This pin was released on 12/31/01 property wide and sold out within hours.
There was, we were told, at least 40% breakage with this pin, with Mickey and Minnie falling off. That effectivly reduced the edition size to no more than 3000 available pins.
