Donald is pin-on-pin 3D, and the light blue puffy text says, "JUNE" and "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!" The cake has white and blue icing with a red candle and a cherry on top. The gift-wrapped present is purple and white - it has been opened. The background has metallic turquoise and blue stripes/rays coming from behind the cake. The Disneyland® Resort logo is on the lower left.
