Front Description
This pin is a 2012 update of the Cast Member Exclusive "Earned My Ears" pin. The shape is of a Mickey icon split into two upper and lower sections. The upper or ear-half of the icon is black with the word "CAST" centered at the dividing line in silver capitol letters. The lower half simulates Mickey's shorts and is red with two white ovals for buttons in the middle of this section.
Hanging below the bottom of the pin is a 1" wide red ribbon attached to the back with two rivets. This approximately 1" long ribbon has a scalloped bottom edge and three words printed on it: "EARNED MY EARS" in silver capitol letters stacked one on top of each other.
The pin back has one post centered below the ears on a silver Miceky icon waffle pattern. On the pin back's right ear is the Official 2012 Pin Trading logo. Below the post are two boxes, that have "DISNEY PARKS CAST EXCLUSIVE" in the upper one and "(c)DISNEY MADE IN CHINA" below it.
