Front Description
This Cast Member Exclusive pin is an updated version of the Team Center pin #3058. This pin is shaped like a Cast Member's badge, but also has a banner that curves across the entire bottom of the badge design. The badge design is a sand- grained textured gold with a tiny shiny gold castle at the top and four large shiny gold capitol letters in the middle that says: "T.E.A.M." The banner at the bottom edge is white with a gold laurel wreath design above which are four words in gold capitol letters that spell out the meaning of the letters on the badge. From left to right the words are "TEAMWORK.ENRICHMENT.ACHIEVEMENT.MORALE"
The pin back has one post on a gold Mickey icon waffle pattern below which are three boxes. The upper left box has the Official 2012 Pin Trading logo, and to its right it has "(c)DISNEY Made in China." The rectangluar box at the bottom has "DISNEY PARKS CAST EXCLUSIVE."
