Front Description
This release is being done for the premier of the new Marvel Avengers Movie at El Capitan Theater.
The art represented is from Captain America #111 by Jim Steranko from 1968.
Although scaled down there is still much detail in the cover. The Captain himself is a pin on pin element. He is holding his shield up, wearing classic tights and mask all in red, white & blue fatigue. To the right of the pin, there is line detail to represent the pages of the comic book. Because the pin is a copy of the cover, it's not like normal enameled pins with separating line work filed in separate sections. Both the book (the base of the pin) and the Captain (the pin on pin) are each enameled over in entirety then placed upon one another.
