This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin shows an empty blue People Mover car (the DLR People Mover attraction is no longer in operation). At the bottom of the pin it reads "MAGIC Measures" in a box with a red background beside "2011" in a box with a turquoise blue background.
The pin is gold metal with a fine sandblast finish on the back and two posts. On the back it reads:
