This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin shows an empty Jungle Cruise boat with an alternating burgundy and white frilled canopy. At the bottom of the pin it reads "MAGIC Measures" in a box with a black background beside "2011" in a box with a light blue background.
The pin is gold metal with a fine sandblast finish on the back and two posts. On the back it reads:
