Front Description
This is a vintage Orange Bird pin, released some time in the 1970s. It originally came on the same type of card as PinPics #42478, so they were presumably sold along-side each other.
The upper part of the pin is made of silver-tone metal, and is in the shape of a bow. There is a dangle element hanging from the bow, which features Disney's Florida Orange Bird, and is made of cloisonned enamel.
Orange Bird was a beloved character at the Sunshine Pavillion in Adventureland at WDW in the 1970s. He has an orange for his head, and an orange and yellow body. His wings and tail feathers are made of green leaves.
