Front Description
There are many of these pins listed and all are slightly different. Well here is one more slightly different Donald Head. This is an epoxy pin which I believe came from Tokyo.
i got this exact pin in October 1994 when I attended a Disney Seminar on Quality Service. The seminar leader assigned teams based on characters, and they gave out appropriate pins. This doesn't define origin, but maybe timeline
