This pin depicts D.C. Comics character Superman in the style of the WB Justice League television cartoon series.

 

It has the # 97 in the top right corner and the words: Sharpie Racing on the bottom. At the top is what appears to be the signature of NASCAR driver Kurt Busch. Superman is shown flying straight toward the viewer.

 

This pin was released in conjunction with a Justice League Racing Weekend event presented by Hot Wheels at the Michigan National Speedway on August 21-22, 2004. Cars were designed to symbolize characters from the Justice League including Superman, who was represented by driver Kurt Busch, car # 97 sponsored by Sharpie.

The metal on the back is a flat shiny gold.

 

The pin came on a white card.

Front of card: Justice League Racing logo and the words "Justice League" at the top. On the bottom, the same information that is on the back of the pin.

Back of card: At the top is a box with a lot of information regarding copyrights for Roush Racing, Kurt Busch, Newell Rubbermaid Inc., Justice League and DC Comics. On the bottom is the UPC code and the words: ITEM NO. JLKBS8455.
