Originally released at WDW in 1998, this pin was sold with this backstamp through the 2000 Millennium celebration at WDW. There appears to be no sign of it having been re-ordered after 2000 or distributed at other parks.

 

This pin features  J. Worthington FOULFELLOW (aka Honest John), the fox from Disney's animated PINOCCHIO, facing left with both hands atop his cane and looking back over his left shoulder.

 

This pin was listed in "The Walt Disney World Resort Pin Catalog" (published by Disney in 1999 for the 2000 Millennium Celebration).
