Front Description
This is a framed pin set with 10 pins: 5 movie poster pins and 5 black and white (B&W) Mickeys depicting the poses from the posters. It was released at the Disney Gallery.
On the COA: "The 'goodest of the good guys' is how the poster for Two Gun Mickey (1934) describes its rootin' tootin' hero. In fact, that description fits Mickey in all his roles, behinning with his very first as a whistling deckhand in Steamboat Willie (1928). He's a daring pilot in Plane Crazy (1928), an airborne adventurer in Mail Pilot (1933) and a charismatic conductor in The Band Concert (1935). Whatever role he plays, Mickey captures our hearts - not to mention Minnie's - and always saves the day. These fine enamel pins celebrate such classic shorts from the early days when the world first fell in love with Mickey Mouse."
The pins are in order by date, with the poster pins on the top row and a corresponding black & white pin of Mickey beneath each poster.
Pins include: Mickey Mouse in Steamboat Willie Poster (#3018) and B&W pin (#23599), Mickey Mouse in Plane Crazy Poster (#43183) and B&W pin (#39938), Mickey Mouse in The Mail Pilot Poster (#43184) and B&W pin (#43182), Mickey Mouse in Two Gun Mickey Poster (#5745) and B&W pin (#5064) and Mickey Mouse in The Band Concert Poster (#11941) and B&W pin (#11940).
