This is a copper colored metal dangle pin with the Liberty Bell being the dangle. The top rectangle contains the words "D23 Presents Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives The Ronald Reagan Library". On the Liberty Bell are the words "PASS AND STOW PHILAD MDCCLIII". It is of similar composition as the Hall of President pins (91522-91526).
