Front Description
One of six gold metal Mickey pins in a boxed set (#26208) Commemorating the 75th birthday of Mickey Mouse. It is not a certainty, but it is believed that this pin commemorates the 1933 cartoon, "Mickey's Gala Premier."
Mickey's feet and head face forward but his torso is turned slightly left. He is dressed in a black tuxedo with red tie, black with white spats formal shoes and black top hat with a red ribbon around its base. He holds a black cane with yellow top in his left hand. The hand reaches across the body to the left, as if he was giving an "oh boy!" gesture.
The pin features a movement element, where his right hand and top hat swivel left and right, tipping his hat on and off his head.
The pin varies in size, but with hat down measures approximately 1" (24 mm) wide by 1 1/2" (38 mm) tall; with hat raised, the pin is about 1 3/8" (35 mm) wide by 1 11/16" (43 mm) tall.
Other pins in the set include (#91511), (#92319), (#92320) and (#92321).
