This pin was released at WDW during Mickey's Circus event as a prelude to next year's Villains-Friday the 13th Reflections of Evil Trading Event.

 

The pin has a large, white pearlescent 13 in the middle of it. It looks as though it is on gold/yellow stained glass. The background behind the large 13 is giving the impression a mirror has shattered. Cruella's mouth and eyes are painted red and white with the rest of her body black with gold outlines underneath the "glass"

The villain in the background is Cruella. 1 of 13. 1 pin will be released every month until the Villains pin event next September. It will be on Friday the 13th which is also when the completer pin will be sold.
