The lanyard medallion / pin set comes on a specialized Epcot 30th Anniversary card. The card is muted orange / red like rainbow with the following:

The lanyard medallion is the a replica of the opening the opening ticket similar to pin
74056. It is rectangular in ship, divided into two sections. Below the loop is the following
