The pin comes on a specialized Epcot 30th Anniversary card. The card is muted orange / red like rainbow with the following:

[background is a stylized version of Spaceship Earth]
Celebrating 30 Years of Discovery
The front has a pin-on-pin element with cloisonné red monorail racing from Spaceship Earth. Below the monorail is a red section. In yellow is the stylized 30th Logo (with the 0 being replaced by the lotus / atom-like Epcot Center original logo.) When opening up the monorail / Spaceship Earth hinged item, the top half has the quote in pewter like metal; and the bottom has cloisonné show piece.
The cloisonné section has the black silhouettes of the fab-four (Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy) looking upon the opening flame from the Earth from Illuminations. Behind the orange flame is dark blue with lines depicting buildings of World Showcase.
The top quote is the following, from the dedication of Epcot Center:
