A courtesy pin from Disneyland DelivEars that was given to those who completed a form after the difficulties with the release of Mystery Pin #15.
It is a blue Yin Yang with the Sun in the left half and the Moon and stars in the right encircled by the symbols of the Zodiac.
This symbol painted on the side of the Fantasyland Skyway chateau by the Village Haus and Casey Jr. Railroad.
