This button is part of Pin 92483 (Epcot 30th Anniversary Figment Pin And Button Set). The large circular button is a pastiche of Pin 13996 (Button - WDW - Epcot Center). It has a blue background with rainbows lines (red, orange, peach and yellow) going to the center. The center is the original 1982 lotus / atom like symbol for Epcot Center.
