Front Description
A classic white-face Mickey Mouse is shown golfing on this early design. It is part of a series of both pins and other jewelry (key chains, charms, etc.) that featured this pose. A simple non-dangle version of this pin is (#8108).
Mickey faces forward but leans to the right. He wears a red jacket, mustard yellow pants and bow tie, and yellow with red trim golf hat. His left arm extends to the right, with his right arm to the left and down, holding a golf club (which crosses his body at his legs). He is smiling with mouth open. Mickey is the dangler portion of the pin; the upper portion is a rather detailed gold ribbon tied in a bow.
The gold-metal pin measures 1 1/16" (27 mm) wide by 1 5/8" (42 mm) tall. The bow has the fastener, which is a straight back with clasp. The Mickey portion of the pin has "© WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS" on the reverse.
